Refund Policy
AyuZestAyuZest believes in helping its customers as much as possible and has, therefore, a liberal cancellation and refund policy.
Cancellations after Shipping:
For cancellation requests that come in after the products have been shipped, a 'Shipping & Handling' Fee of Rs.150 will be adjusted against the refundable amount.
Refund Policy (No Questions Asked Money Back Guarantee):
For new customers: Within 30 days of using the products as directed, if you’re unhappy with the results, mail us at support@ayuzest.com to claim your money back. We'll wire 100% of the money back to you - NO QUESTIONS ASKED. We do this in 100% of the cases. No refund will be done after 30 days from the date of the order.
If a product has been purchased more than once, we assume that you are satisfied with the product, and the “No Questions Asked Money Back Guarantee” will not be applicable anymore. These cases will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds will be credited within 3-5 days.
Replacement:
If you think you have received the product in bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at support@ayuzest.com. We will personally ensure that a brand-new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost. Products will be accepted for replacements only within 30 days of purchase.
